Findings:
Trust in Ratings: Users rely on average scores and the volume of reviews to make decisions.
Desire for Current Information: Users want up-to-date details, influencing their choice.
Lack of Incentives: Users feel no motivation to leave reviews.
Perceived Impact: Users feel their opinions may not significantly influence others or the platform.
Users face challenges in choosing destinations based on ratings due to the potential inaccuracy of scores influenced by the number of ratings. This can result in missed opportunities or unsatisfactory visits. Addressing this issue is essential for improving decision-making and enhancing the overall user experience
Target Audience
